Introduction

Dedicated to my
"Mobile Home",
which took me from one end of this country to another
a total of eight times
in One Hundred and Sixty-five days
and Thirty-eight Thousand Miles
on two trips.

It could have been nine times...

INTRODUCTION

I a person of the United States, in order to form a more perfect trip, establish a plan, ensure domestic travel, provide for myself, promote my general knowledge, and secure the recommendations of all to myself, do ordain and write this journal for my trip through the United States of America.

No score and ten years ago, my parents brought forth on this continent a new person, born in India and dedicated to the proposition that all people have a right to travel.

Now I am engaged in a great journey, testing whether I, or any person so born and so dedicated, can make a long journey endure. It is altogether fitting and proper that I write about this journey.

The world will little note, nor long remember what I do now, but I can never forget what I do here. This trip, under God, of me, by me, for me, shall not perish from my memory.

My trip's "Personal National Anthem": Answer to the "why?" question:
The song "On The Road Again"
(slightly altered by me to better describe the motivation for my trip)

On the road again...
Just can't wait to get on the road again...
Oh my love is listening music in my car again an' again...
I can't wait to get on the road again.

On the road again...
Going places where I've never been...
Seeing things that I may never see again...
I can't wait to get on the road again.

On the road again...
It's hard to forget when I drove down the highways...
My car is the best of my friends...
Good thing that the roads keep turnin' our ways...
For always...

On the road again...
Just can't wait to get on the road again...
Oh my love is listening music in my car again an' again...
I can't wait to get on the road again!

On the road again...
It's hard to forget when I drove down the highways...
We're the best of friends...
Good thing that the roads keep turnin' our ways...
We're always...
On the road again...
Just can't wait to get on the road again...
Oh my love is listening music in my car again an' again (an' again an' again
an' again)...
I can't wait to get on the road again!
I can't wait to get on the road again!!!
